I contacted Dorset 4x4 today 18/07/23 in order to discuss a car they had for sale on Autotrader. Unfortunately the car was about to be sold to someone else. I spoke with Nick regarding the car and regarding Discovery 4 Landmarks in general. There was no car of his for me to buy but he was delighted to discuss the model. I must have been chatting for a good 30 minutes. He told me all about their common mechanical issues, what to look out for, strengths and weaknesses, potential repair costs, which colours are more in demand etc etc. If this is the level of service provided when you are not buying a car from them, then I would have no qualms actually buying from them. My concern when buying a used car is, will it turn out to have an underlying problem. With Nick, I felt like he only sells cars that he would own and drive himself.
